Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a High-Rise Buildings G12+ role. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction processes, quality control, and the coordination of high-rise building projects. Key responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, resource allocation, and providing technical guidance to the team. The candidate will also liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficient in construction management, high-rise building techniques, and project planning.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards in construction.
- Skills in resource management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Technical expertise in structural engineering and familiarity with construction software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in high-rise construction projects and certification in project management methodologies (such as PMP) is advantageous.
