Position Summary: The intern will assist with a variety of administrative, research, and coordination tasks while gaining exposure to the organization's operations and professional workplace practices. This entry-level role is designed to support team goals while helping the intern build practical skills in a collaborative environment.
Essential Tasks:
- Attend prospect, client, carrier, and/or internal operational meetings to learn workflows.
- Contribute to building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Shadow various departments to gain a broader understanding of operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams or departments to gain exposure to different business operations.
- Assist with the planning and execution of specific projects, including tracking progress and deadlines.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, or mentoring opportunities to build industry knowledge.
- Learn and use internal tools such as CRMs, spreadsheets, or project management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Applied EPIC, etc.).

Experience and Education:
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program from an accredited college or university
