Position: IT Recruiter Location: Remote Qualification: - B.E. / B. Tech (CS/IT/ENTC), MCA, MBA IT Or MBA HR with Technical background (B.E./B. Tech). Experience: 4+ year in IT Recruitment/ International Recruitment Shift Timing: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm IST (Work from Remote) Responsibilities: Proactively source and hunt for candidates within the Japan region. Utilize extensive experience in cold calling, company mapping, and headhunting. Handle sourcing, screening, pipelining, pre-closing, and closing of candidates. Conduct thorough screenings using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Exhibit strong candidate and client coordination skills. Skills Required: Ability to manage the first hiring stages (Training will be provided) Good knowledge about Sourcing / cold calling.
