What you'll do:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing,Sales, and Finance to understand their needs and turn data into decisions.
• End-to-End Ownership: From defining metrics to building dashboards and running deep-dive analyses — you’ll own the full lifecycle of analytics initiatives.
• Real Business Impact: Deliver insights that influence product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and business operations — not just reports that gather dust.
• Modern Tooling: Leverage tools like Looker, Preset, and BigQuery to work efficiently and deliver high-quality, scalable analyses.

What you'll bring:

• Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable diving into complex problems, slicing data in thoughtful ways, and drawing clear, actionable conclusions.
• Business Acumen: You understand that numbers only matter if they connect to real business goals. You enjoy speaking with stakeholders and finding what really matters.
• Hands-On Experience: Proficiency in SQL is a must. Experience with Looker or Preset (or similar BI tools) is a big plus.
• Clear Communication: You can explain complex findings in a simple, structured way — and tailor your message to your audience, whether it’s a marketer or the CEO.
• Bias for Action: You don’t wait to be told what to analyze. You seek out opportunities, propose ideas, and help us get better every day.
