Management Trainee – Financial

As a Management Trainee in the Financial Services Practice, you will contribute to strategic projects, process optimization, and innovative solution implementation. This is a full-time opportunity designed for MBA/PGDM students passionate about the financial services industry and eager to develop leadership and analytical skills through rotational assignments and structured training. Qualifications Enrolled in a 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM or equivalent program. 6 to 18 months of experience in capital markets, investment, or wealth management firms in IT or consulting roles. Minimum 60% marks throughout 10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with effective multitasking and time management abilities.
