About the role

Role: Non Customer Service Healthcare Lead-BPS Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra, India Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of healthcare subject matter experts for quality audits and project management activities related to healthcare domain - Drive process improvements and efficiency in the healthcare domain operations - Coordinate with the client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met - Mentor and groom the team to enhance their technical and domain skills - Participate in client meetings and provide inputs on process improvements and service quality - Responsible for overall project delivery and customer delight Requirements: - Strong domain knowledge in healthcare operations - 5-8 years of relevant experience in process quality, project management in healthcare domain - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Team management and leadership skills - Hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies - Problem solving and analytical skills
