- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or commercial support
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (BPCS, LX, or similar) is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
