NOW HIRING – 2nd Shift Supervisor

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AMMUST be available to work weekends

We are currently seeking experienced 2nd Shift Supervisors to oversee cleaning operations and help maintain the overall cleanliness and condition of assigned facilities.

Supervisor Responsibilities:Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areasInspect building conditions and report issues to managementAssist with cleaning duties during staff shortages or as neededHelp train and support team membersMaintain quality standards and productivity throughout the shift

Essential Duties Include:Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming & dustingCarpet extraction & floor care (strip/wax/buff)Trash removal & recyclingCleaning/sanitizing restrooms & locker roomsCleaning desks, walls, windows, entry glass, light fixtures & moreSnow/ice removal when neededAdditional custodial duties as assigned

Requirements:Previous cleaning experience REQUIREDFloor care/waxing experience REQUIREDStrong work history & leadership skillsReliable transportation (evening bus routes may not be dependable)Ability to work in a fast-paced physical environmentMust pass a background check

Physical Requirements:Frequent standing/walking throughout shiftAbility to bend, lift, push & pullLift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

High school diploma preferred but not required.
