The 'My Future' Programme is being delivered in all four of the Hertfordshire Colleges and has been designed to support young people with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) to transition out of college into a positive destination or opportunity. We are currently looking to recruit a full time 'My Future' Coach, to work with the colleges in the South & West of the county. The key role of the 'My Future' Coach is to provide transition coaching assistance to young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who are moving on from college, working closely with parents/carers.
