We're at a pivotal stage in our development, seeking a Data Analyst Manager to lead the evolution of our performance reporting, and streamline analytical processes. As a subject matter expert, you'll deliver greater value to operational teams, senior leaders, and external partners As the Data Analyst Manager, you will: Lead a team of analysts working with complex, multi-source datasets to uncover trends and measure success against national frameworks. Lead the development and implementation of data solutions using SQL Server, Power BI, and other tools. Provide expert analysis and insights to support the Adult Social Care Performance and Improvement team.. Drive the continued transition to Power BI, enhancing our reporting capabilities and infrastructure Mentor and develop junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including regional and national working groups to ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded across the organisation. Drive innovation in reporting and data visualisation, introducing new tools and methodologies to enhance how we communicate insights. Play a key role in by providing the evidence base for strategic decisions and service improvements.
