<div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div>We are seeking an experienced Shop and Field Mechanic to join our growing team at a well-established asphalt paving equipment dealership in Southern California. We prefer candidates with direct experience in the asphalt paving industry who are ready to work on a wide variety of heavy equipment in both shop and field environments. If you know this equipment and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.</div><div>
<br><strong>Required Experience & Qualifications:</strong>
