About the role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; demonstrated leadership in technical building services; proven success in customer relationships, pipeline building, contract negotiation, and closing complex work; strong knowledge of estimating, project management, forecasting, job cost, change management, billing, collections, and portfolio financial performance; working understanding of mechanical systems, controls integration, commissioning, TAB, and fire/life-safety; experience leading cross-functional teams; excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and business systems; valid driver's license and ability to travel.
