We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to handle procurement due diligence, client empanelment documentation, and legal document review. The ideal candidate will have expertise in vendor and client evaluation, risk assessment, contract review, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Due Diligence:
- Conduct due diligence on vendors, suppliers, and clients before empanelment.
- Analyze procurement contracts and agreements for risk mitigation and sales achievement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to review and negotiate contracts and complete the invoicing.
- Followups on Accounts Receivables
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
Client Empanelment Documentation:
- Manage end-to-end client empanelment documentation process.
- Complete the Process till Invoicing the engagement.
- Review and verify all required documents, including financial statements, business licenses, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) guidelines.
- Maintain records of empaneled clients and update documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, compliance and sales) for approval and validation of client onboarding.
- Maintaining records and updates for Sales, Customer Success and
Legal Document Review & Compliance:
- Review legal agreements, NDAs, service contracts, and procurement documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Identify potential risks in contracts and suggest modifications to mitigate them.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies when required.
- Maintain legal documentation repository and ensure timely renewals and updates.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to procurement and client onboarding.
- Ability to review, draft, and negotiate legal contracts.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement due diligence, client empanelment, or legal document review.
- Experience in finance or corporate legal compliance is a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, and KYC norms.
