Content Writer– Events & Marketing Collateral

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Writer who can craft compelling content for event collaterals and marketing materials. This role requires someone with strong writing skills, creativity, and the ability to develop engaging content that drives event participation and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should also have experience in creating impactful presentations (PPTs) to support event pitches, speaker decks, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Collateral Development: Write engaging and persuasive content for event brochures, invitations, banners, standees, flyers, digital promotions, speaker bios, agendas, and post-event reports.
• Marketing Content Creation: Develop ad copies, emailers, website content, social media posts, and press releases to promote events and brand initiatives.
• Presentation Design: Create clear, compelling, and well-structured PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including event decks, sales pitches, and sponsorship proposals.
• Brand Messaging & Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines.
• Content Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with event planners, marketing teams, and designers to create content calendars and marketing materials for upcoming events.
• Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine content to maintain clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
• Post-Event Content: Develop thank-you notes, post-event social media content, summaries, and reports to capture event highlights and key takeaways.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in content writing, marketing, or event communication.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create concise, impactful, and persuasive content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience in designing visually engaging presentations.
• Experience writing short-form and long-form content for both print and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO and social media trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced event-driven environment.
• Strong research and communication skills to translate event themes into engaging narratives.
• Prior experience in writing for B2B or B2C events, corporate summits, conferences, or industry expos is a plus.
