Qualifications:

• Two years of management experience in healthcare related field
• Current and good standing RN or LPN license for state of Illinois
• Knowledge of Supportive Living regulations a plus
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to lead employees
• Highly motivated, energetic, and dependable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be able to work with others in a team environment effectively, efficiently, and professionally
• Must enjoy the many challenges of today’s health care field
