Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking an Assisted Living Administrator /RN to join our team! The Assisted Living Administrator/RN will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of adult care promoting hope, dignity, and purposeful living among out residents as regulated by DOH and LHCSA regulations. The Assisted Living Administrator/RN will be responsible for effective communication among staff members, residents, family members, physicians, and completing assessments. Responsibilities:
- Supports and promotes the Assisted Living Facility functions by following established policies and procedures.
- Ensuring LHCSA regulations are followed
- Responsible for managing, directing and supervising all personnel and all operations of the building.
- Designate duties and responsibilities to assisted living staff in a manner that facilitates optimum delivery of care to residents.
- Ensures staffing numbers are adequate for the provision of resident care and care plans
- Promotes facility philosophies and objectives through effective staff communication and education.
- Serves as Assigned Supervisor for administrative assisted living personnel. Conducts employee performance reviews, disciplinary conferences and exit interviews in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for staff performance, retention and development of all assigned employees. Seeks direction from their Supervisor or Human Resources regarding personnel matters. Takes appropriate action in accordance with personnel policies and procedures.
- Is knowledgeable and able to respond to nursing and building emergencies according to established policy and procedure.

Qualifications:
- Licensed currently as a Registered Professional Nurse in good standing.
- Licensed Home Care experience
- Verifiable education or experience in such areas as assisted living, long term care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Possess knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term health care.
