We are looking for a Regional Creator Partnerships Manager with a global mindset to drive and scale creator partnerships within our agency. This role will be responsible for building scalable systems, managing top-tier creators, and coordinating high-impact brand campaigns.
As a key member of the team, you will liaise across internal teams (business, creative and production) to ensure we bring the right creators to clients, manage contract negotiations, and drive innovation in creator monetization and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scaling Operations & Innovation
- Establish policies, processes, and frameworks to streamline creator partnerships and ensure seamless execution.
- Standardize best practices and operational playbooks to improve efficiency and scale creator management.
- Develop and optimize pricing models for creator partnerships and brand deals, ensuring competitive and scalable monetization structures.
- Work with leadership to develop new services, business models, and creator monetization strategies.
- Identify and advocate for tools and technologies that enhance creator-brand matchmaking, campaign execution, and reporting.
2. Creator & Partner Acquisition & Management
- Identify and onboard new creators across various platforms, ensuring a diverse and high-quality roster for brand collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with global talent agencies, managers, and independent creators to secure top-tier talent.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with agency and creator goals.
- Develop monetization strategies for creators, helping them maximize their value across brand deals and long-term partnerships.
3. Regional Campaign Coordination & Project Management
- Work closely with the agency’s sales and brand teams to match the right creators to brand campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee end-to-end project management of creator-led campaigns, from creator selection and briefing to content approval and post-campaign reporting.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, clear deliverables, and timely execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future creator-brand partnerships.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent management, or brand collaborations within an agency environment.
- Deep knowledge of creator monetization models, digital content trends, and brand partnerships across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and managing relationships with creators, talent agencies, and brands.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations.
- Experience in process improvement, policy implementation, and operational strategy.
