About the role

This role includes participation in Annual budgeting, support financial reporting, monthly finalization, managing cost and profit centers, record and data maintenance and supporting Audit requirements and internal stakeholders etc. What you´ll do: Participate in the annual budgeting process by collaborating with various functions to consolidate inputs, analyze trends, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Support financial reporting and analysis including, Monthly finalization of income statement and balance sheet preparation Quarter end finalization of income statement and balance sheet preparation, Variance analysis of actual results vs. plan and Timely reporting of actual results and forecasts Monitor the Company and SBU-level Income Statement and Balance Sheet to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial reporting standards. Collaborate with SBU Business, Controllers to resolve discrepancies and ensure the correctness of Profit Centre Balance Sheets Manage cost center and profit center accounting in SAP by: Ensuring accurate records and monitoring spends, performing material and processing cost deviation analysis, maintaining accurate cost data and master records, Coordinating with Business Controllers for performance analysis and reporting Prepare and analyze working capital reports including Monitoring trends in receivables, payables, and inventory Identifying opportunities to improve cash flow and working capital efficiency Support statutory, internal, and cost audits by providing necessary data and analysis and coordinating with the auditors, ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with IFRS, Ind AS, and the Companies Act in financial reporting and analysis. Drive process improvements by identifying gaps in finance and business processes and creating roadmaps to fill them, including Automating business review templates Streamlining and enhancing relevant processes
