position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our

- Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
- Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
What makes you a good fit
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
- Experience with chemical handling highly preferred
- Experience working in a warehouse or food industry
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to accurately complete production documentation and maintain legible records.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime, including before or after scheduled shifts and on weekends, as required by production needs.

The
hourly pay range for this role is $23.00 - $26.00. This range reflects the
good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to
offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified
as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with
federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in
this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or
other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also
offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation
will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,
certifications, and work location. This job posting is intended to comply with
