The Role
We’re hiring a full-time, remote Social Media Coordinator who enjoys taking ownership of their work and following things through. You’ll be responsible for content across our platforms and play a key role inside our private women’s community through helping keep it active, engaging, and supportive. If you like creating, organizing, and seeing your work actually do something, you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating Content People Care About
You’ll plan, create, and post content that feels real, relevant, and engaging across platforms. You’ll intuitively understand and maintain the firm’s voice in everything you write, post, and respond to.
Helping Lead Our Community
Inside our private group, you’ll:
- Post conversation starters
- Engage with members
- Go live from time to time
- Help create a space people want to come back to
- Manage the operations of the group daily.
Keeping Things Moving
You’ll manage scheduling, posting, and daily execution, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Bringing Ideas to Life
We move quickly and have a lot of ideas; you’ll help turn those into actual content and posts.
Staying Engaged
- You’ll monitor comments, messages, and trends and respond in a way that feels thoughtful and human.
- You’ll turn cold or skeptical comments into thoughtful, human conversations by responding to emotional or sensitive situations with care and clarity
- You don’t take things personally but you do take them seriously.
- You understand that how we show up in these moments matters.
- Every response reflects the firm, and you approach that responsibility with intention.
Who You Are
- You’re someone who:
- Enjoys being both creative and organized
- Takes pride in doing things well and following through
- Notices details and keeps things on track
- Are comfortable figuring things out and taking initiative
You’re also:
- A strong writer with a natural, conversational tone
- Comfortable being on camera when needed
- Familiar with social media platforms and tools
- Experience helps, but consistency and ownership matter most here.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$22/hour (DOE)
