About The Opportunity

Our team of clinicians and researchers translate cutting-edge hematopathology insights into improved patient outcomes—working closely with national hospitals, academic centers, and global pharma partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage hematologic disorders including anemias, coagulopathies, leukemias, lymphomas, and myeloproliferative diseases.
- Lead multidisciplinary tumor boards and hematology clinics in collaboration with oncologists, pathologists, and transplant specialists.
- Oversee bone marrow biopsies, peripheral smears, flow cytometry interpretations, and molecular diagnostics for patient stratification.
- Prescribe and monitor targeted therapies, immunotherapies, stem cell transplants, and supportive care regimens.
- Participate in clinical trials, protocol design, and data collection aligned with national guidelines and global standards.
- Mentor junior hematologists and medical officers on diagnostic algorithms, treatment escalation, and adverse event management.
