SUMMARY Housing for Health (HFH) is a program office within Health Services Administration, a division under the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS). HFH was created and put into implementation in support of the Los Angeles County Homeless Initiative, which seeks to provide a comprehensive and coordinated system of care to address homelessness in Los Angeles County. The Data & Analytics Unit is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to support decision-making across the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS). The unit manages patient care and operational data, develops dashboards and reports, and provides data-driven recommendations to program managers and executives.
