Gilco Global is a mobility solutions company delivering elevators, escalators, and dumbwaiters across India with globally benchmarked engineering standards. We are expanding our Gurugram field team and are looking for a Helper / Trainee to support lift installation and commissioning activities at project sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited for individuals who are serious about building a long-term technical career.
What you will do:
• Assist technicians in installation of elevator components (rails, brackets, doors, wiring, fixtures)
• Support alignment, fitting, and basic assembly under supervision
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment required for site work
• Help in unloading, shifting, and organizing materials at site
• Ensure basic site readiness before starting work
• Follow safety norms and use PPE at all times
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness at site
• Support daily work updates and tracking of tasks/materials
• Learn installation and commissioning processes on-site
Who should apply:
• ITI (Electrical/Mechanical) or vocational training preferred
• 0–2 years of experience (freshers with practical exposure can apply)
• Comfortable with physical, on-site work (including heights and shaft work)
• Willing to travel across Gurugram/NCR for site work
• Basic understanding of tools and site environment
• Serious about learning and growing in a technical field
