Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Helper and Grinding position, based in Chennai. The role involves assisting in the grinding process, preparing materials, operating machinery, ensuring the workspace is clean and organized, and efficiently supporting production workflows. The role also requires following safety protocols and collaborating with the production team for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of operating grinding machinery and tools
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and guidelines
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks effectively
- Physical capability for manual handling, standing for extended periods, and working in a factory setting
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and machinery
Salary- 15k to 17k
