Hiring: Help Desk Executive – US Healthcare (Night Shift | Kolkata | Hybrid)

Are you experienced in US Healthcare Help Desk support and looking for your next opportunity? We’re hiring someone who can handle real-time technical issues, support healthcare platforms, and thrive in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in US Healthcare Help Desk / Customer or
Client Support (Mandatory)
• Hands-on exposure to Transcription, or EHR/EMR, RCM workflows, billing systems
• Strong troubleshooting + communication skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
Location: Kolkata (Sector V, Salt Lake)
