Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Help Desk Technician. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, repairing desktop computers, and offering effective help desk assistance. Additional responsibilities include facilitating smooth operations by addressing and resolving IT-related concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Desktop Computers and performing Computer Repairs
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware and software
- Experience in providing Help Desk Support and solving user queries efficiently
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Familiarity with IT service management tools is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent) are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
