Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Help Desk Specialist. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer queries related to hardware, software, and system functionality. Key tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, managing help desk requests, maintaining desktop computers, and delivering exceptional customer support through various channels. The role also involves documentation of support processes and identifying recurring issues to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support activities to assist users effectively
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Familiarity with Desktop Computers and related hardware/software configurations
- Experience in Customer Support, with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction
- Ability to document and analyze technical issues for process improvement
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
