Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Executive to join our team at Knight Frank, Bangalore (MG Road). The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk/helpdesk operations and ensuring smooth communication between clients, employees, and facility teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and service requests efficiently
- Raise and track service tickets for facility-related issues
- Coordinate with technical and soft service teams for timely resolution
- Maintain records of complaints, requests, and resolutions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and MIS
- Assist in visitor management and front office coordination
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in helpdesk/front office/facility management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Preferred Skills
- Experience in facility management or corporate environment
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
