🔔 Rapid Care Group is hiring: Help Desk Executive (Healthcare Support)
📍 Kolkata | Hybrid | Night Shift
We’re looking for a Help Desk Executive with 3+ years of experience in Helpdesk domain, preferably within the healthcare industry (MT, Medical Coding, RCM, etc.).
🔧 Key Role:
• Handle support requests (calls/emails/tickets)
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Support EHR/EMR platforms
• Escalate issues & maintain documentation
• Ensure data security & compliance
🎓 Skills Required:
• Help Desk / IT Support experience in healthcare domain
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR & ticketing tools (JIRA)
• Strong communication skills
✅ Preferred:
• US healthcare exposure
• Comfortable with night shifts
