YOUR TASKS
Support the local Product Data Specialist by creating data reports from existing tools (SAP, Product Launch Management Tool (PIM)), e.g. OE references, logistics data or marketing descriptions, and performing various types of analyses from (PIM), e.g. program coverage, gap analysis or market share
1. Support the local Product Data Specialist by creating data reports from existing tools (SAP, PIM), e.g. OE references, logistics data or marketing descriptions, and performing various types of analyses from (PIM), e.g. program coverage, gap analysis or market share.
2 Taking over SC tasks in article maintenance by creating article numbers in SC systems based on information / triggers from the (PIM) or starting deletion processes
3. Support product specialists / sales staff by creating catalogue data from (PIM), e.g. data and images for online platforms or data for customer online shops as well as by providing price lists for customers or supporting price maintenance, e.g. uploading prices to local systems or providing price data
4. Collaborate with the global data governance team by providing information about local data sources and supporting integration into (PIM), e.g. country-specific sources for parking space data or application data for specific product groups, by analyzing local data needs (master data, market data) and defining requirements, e.g. Additional fields in master data to describe product characteristics by actively participating in the further development of (PIM), by identifying data deficiencies or errors and triggering data maintenance (global, local), e.g. missing images or missing SAP data, by supporting the further development of product management processes, e.g. development of key performance indicator cockpit (KPI cockpit) or redesign of the deletion process
5. Creating and providing data for external data platforms in cooperation with external data providers and data users, e.g. uploads for the American versions of the European TecDoc, which shows which spare parts fit which car models ( ACES/PIES or TecDoc), by quality control of external data, by initiating measures for internal data improvement, by cooperation with external data providers and ensuring integration in (PIM), e.g. Car-Parc data or application data and by quality control of external data providers' data
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 10 yrs to 12 yrs
