YOUR TASKS
Financial Finalization
& Reporting
Lead
monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books
Preparation
and review of financial statements (as per Ind AS / IFRS)
MIS,
schedules, and analytical reports for management
Audit Management
Handle statutory,
internal, tax, and cost audits
Coordinate
with auditors, consultants, and cross‑functional teams
Ensure
timely closure of audit observations
Taxation (Expert Level)
Direct
Tax: Income tax returns, assessments, advance tax, TDS, support for scrutiny
& notices
Indirect
Tax: GST returns, reconciliations (GSTR‑2B vs books), audits, litigation support
Ensure
full compliance and tax optimization
Internal Control &
Compliance
Develop
and strengthen internal controls (IFC / SOX where applicable)
Draft
and update SOPs and finance policies
Ensure
compliance with Companies Act, GST Law, Income‑tax Act, FEMA (as
applicable)
Other Responsibilities
Budgeting,
forecasting, and variance analysis
ERP
handling – SAP / Oracle / Dynamics preferred
Team
supervision and coordination with business stakeholders
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in the financial management or accounting sector.
- A professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, or similar is highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and financial information analysis.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
- Outstanding presentation and reporting skills.
- Exceptional numerical proficiency and strong analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and industry legislation.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing a financial team.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems promptly.

Information regarding Base Salary
From to EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
