Job Description

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

Operate the reception desk and lobby area including office phone system.

Assist with maintaining and filing records and entering business data, including but not limited to: Candidate Applications/New Hire Process, Oracle Payroll, and Personnel Utilization Tracking

Work with Operations Management and field personnel to schedule training classes as required for field and office personnel to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Assist with supporting all operational and office requirements including working as backup for Operations Administrator, including Oracle payroll, and other front office reception duties as needed.

Responsible for assisting with the collection and reporting of KPI statistics and participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE meetings.

Maintain stock and perform ordering and receiving of cleaning supplies, paper and office products, orders, kitchen supplies, and personnel uniforms.

Assist with cleaning and organizational maintenance of general office areas including stock room, kitchen, and printer room.

Maintain and assist with mail and delivery reception.

Interface and communicate with Helix Administration, HR, and Payroll teams to ensure compliance with Helix programs and policies.

 

Qualifications

Education / Training: High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

Experience: No experience necessary but office experience is a plus.

 

Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.

 

Special Requirements

·         Energy industry experience preferred.

·         40 Hour work week with minimal after-hours availability for critical orders and tasks.
