Primary Responsibilities:
Waterproofing Laborer
Installing Insulation
Crawl Space Encapsulation
Foundation Repair
Mold Removal and more

We are looking for someone who is:

• Able to carry 75-125lbs or more up ladders.
• Able to work in temperatures at and above 120 degrees.
• Able to wear respirators and other personal protective equipment supplied.
• Able to use hand tools such as jackhammers, saws, drills, & masonry guns safely.
• Able to dig using shovels and picks, both inside and outside the home.
• Able to get wet and dirty.
• Able to fit into tight spaces.
• Able to work with fiberglass, rock wool, cellulose, spray foam, radiant barrier, and other types of insulation.
• Able to know where to safely step and maneuver in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other areas of residential and commercial jobs.

Crawl Space Encapsulation, Waterproofing & Repair - Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Break up concrete and dig large volumes of dirt to install interior and exterior drain systems for basement waterproofing, French drains, and downspouts.
• Install foundation repair solutions, including rebuilding cinder block and brick, installing steel I-beams, and carbon fiber reinforcement. Install pillars and jacks for sagging floors.
• Install sump pumps and dehumidifiers, including drainage and electrical.
• Installing all interior and exterior construction materials as needed, including build-back and finishing. This will include the installation of a vapor barrier on walls, pillars, and floors. Air sealing subfloor and other areas.
• Mold remediation, including soda blasting, scrubbing, negative air, containment, biocide application, etc.
  
  

Compensation and Benefits:
$20-$22/hour
