As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly processes of aerospace components. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, assembling parts, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work closely with a team to meet production goals and contribute to the overall success of our operations. This full-time, regular position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, can follow precise instructions, and is passionate about contributing to the aerospace industry. As an entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and grow within the company. The job requires adherence to strict safety protocols and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the production supervisor and may be required to work different shifts as needed.
