Intern Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team. As an entry-level analyst, you will work alongside experienced Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Development Teams to support the analysis, documentation, and implementation of business solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to learn about business processes, systems, and client collaboration in a real-world environment. Responsibilities Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements from stakeholders. Participate in workshops and meetings to understand client needs and business goals. Create and maintain basic documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), flowcharts, and use cases under guidance. Support the creation of mock-up screens and process flows to visualize business solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (Development, QA, and Project Management) to ensure alignment with project goals. Learn to perform gap analysis between current and proposed systems or processes. Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining status reports. Help in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities by coordinating with users and capturing feedback. Learn and apply basic tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio in business documentation. Be open to learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies in a fast-paced environment. Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn business analysis tools, techniques, and documentation standards. Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Visio is a plus. A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to grow. Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or IT domain is a plus.
