Role Description The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, India. The person in this role will oversee HVAC project planning, design reviews, installation coordination, and quality control for commercial and residential building projects. Daily responsibilities include managing HVAC teams, coordinating with plumbing and other building services, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and ensuring systems meet energy efficiency and regulatory standards. The HVAC Manager will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, address service issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This role also involves supporting sales and business development by providing technical input, preparing proposals, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC and Plumbing systems, including design principles, installation practices, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and manage expectations.
- Experience supporting Sales activities, such as technical consultations, proposal development, and project bidding.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient building services, relevant codes and standards, and best practices for sustainable HVAC solutions.
- Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with CAD/BIM specialists, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; professional certifications in HVAC or building services are an advantage.
- Previous experience managing HVAC projects in commercial or residential construction environments, preferably in India or similar markets.
