Role Description
The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Manager will oversee all aspects of HVAC systems and operations. Responsibilities include managing HVAC design, supervising installation, ensuring energy efficiency, and guaranteeing compliance with global sustainability standards. They will work closely with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, provide expert support for plumbing and customer service needs, and collaborate with the sales team for project-specific requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HVAC systems and processes, including design.
- Experience with plumbing systems and related technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in energy-efficient technologies and sustainable practices.
- Familiarity with global standards and green certifications like IGBC, USGBC LEED, and GRIHA is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
