Job Title: HVAC Draftsman
Location: Thane
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical / Cleanroom / HVAC Projects
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of HVAC layout drawings, ducting drawings, piping drawings, and shop drawings.
• Preparation of detailed AutoCAD/Revit drawings for HVAC systems.
• Coordination with Design, Project, and Site teams.
• Preparation of BOQ and material quantity estimation.
• Knowledge of Cleanroom, GMP, and USFDA standards preferred.
• Preparation of as-built drawings and revisions as per site requirements.
• Understanding of HVAC equipment layouts and duct routing.
• Coordination with electrical, plumbing, and utility services.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical / Cleanroom HVAC projects preferred.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and drafting standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
