Role Description
We are looking for an HVAC Supervisor for a full-time position. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing HVAC installation and maintenance activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This is a mix of on-site supervision in Chennai and other remote areas. The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with teams, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring quality service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing and guiding teams effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and address client needs
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in the HVAC and MEP industry
- Ability to manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of services
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant certifications in HVAC systems or building services are an advantage
