Role Description The Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for leading HVAC technicians and coordinating daily operations, including installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC systems for various projects. The supervisor will plan and schedule preventive maintenance, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and verify that work is completed according to design specifications and client requirements. The role includes monitoring performance, providing technical guidance, maintaining documentation and reports, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. The HVAC Supervisor will also interact with clients to address service requests, resolve issues promptly, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid HVAC knowledge and experience with system installation, commissioning, and operation.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills, including planning, scheduling, and executing routine inspections and servicing.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, communicate clearly, and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Candidates should ideally have experience with commercial and residential HVAC projects, with familiarity in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess a relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with practical field experience.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety standards, local regulations, and best practices, as well as basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
