HVAC Senior Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform Design Engineer role for HVAC system.

Coordinate with Clients/Architect Team on gathering inputs and requirements for HVAC & Design, Prepare man-hour Estimation.

Preparing a list of detailed deliverables like Project schedule, Concept Design Documents, Tender, BOQ, and budget etc.

Coordinate with the Design team & Architect for space requires for HVAC services.

Preparation of Concept design on HVAC Design Services.

Submit concept design to Clients & Architects for their review.

Presenting the Concept designs to Clients/Architects.
Coordinate with internal designer & Drafter and preparation of Detail design documents including Drawings, BOQ, and Tender etc.

Co-ordinate with Architect for approval of HVAC Drawings.

Release the tender to various vendors.

Preparation of technical comparison for all the services BOQ.

Clarify the Technical issues at the site. Support the Clients for project execution.

Execute the job as per the Innowell Design Execution plan (Standard operating procedures) which is getting updated from time to time.

2. Learning & Development:

Develop Training material specific to HVAC services
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications
(ISHRAE/NFPA/FSAI/IPA/LEED/USGBC/IAPMO); establishing personal networks; participating in professional society activities
Develop design standards/documents for HVAC services
Assemble and transfer relevant knowledge for use in the Innovation and strategic planning process.

3. Organisational Knowledge Development & Management

Support to develop Training material specific to HVAC service

Develop design standards/documents for HVAC Drawings

Qualifications:
1. B.E., Mechanical Engineering
2. 6 to 8 years experience

4. Job Planning & Delivery

Plan the projects & Deliverable Consistently.
Plan self-activities and fill time sheet promptly.
Execute the Plan, and Ensure on-time delivery
Interaction with customers, fulfilling customer requirements &
customer relations.
Overall control on the Job in terms of on-time delivery, Customer
satisfaction, Quality Deliverables and Cost Control.
