Role OverviewWe are hiring skilled AC Technicians on a contract basis to handle residential service requests across Surat. This is a field role where you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining AC units while ensuring a clean and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities• Perform AC servicing (Split & Window) including deep cleaning
• Diagnose and repair cooling issues, gas leakage, and electrical faults
• Install and uninstall AC units as required
• Handle basic troubleshooting for inverter and non-inverter systems
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at customer locations
• Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers
• Follow company service standards and SOPs
Requirements• Experience in AC service and repair (Split & Window)
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and gas handling (R32/R410A)
• Own tools and basic transportation (bike preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage field jobs
• Good communication and customer handling skills
