Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor, located in Jagdalpur. The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of HVAC systems, supervising installation and maintenance teams, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC issues, scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance, and supporting customer inquiries or concerns related to HVAC systems.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and manage HVAC teams effectively.
- Proficient in HVAC system operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Customer service skills to address inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.
- Ability to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Relevant vocational certification or diploma in HVAC systems or engineering is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is an asset.
- Must be able to understand and resolve lintern breakdowns
- Spares knowledge is an added advantage
