Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician located in Nagpur. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance, addressing plumbing and electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with EPA regulations. Additional responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal function.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Troubleshooting complex HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Skilled in Plumbing and preventive maintenance, ensuring proper system operations and safety.
- Knowledge of Electricity for managing wiring, circuits, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with EPA regulations to comply with environmental safety standards in handling refrigerants.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications and training in HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry HVAC systems will be considered a distinct advantage.
