Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician based in Ahmedabad. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to EPA standards where applicable. This role may also include responding to service calls and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with HVAC systems
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair and performing effective Preventive Maintenance
- Strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction and maintaining professional communication
- Knowledge of EPA guidelines and certifications, where applicable, is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in HVAC or related fields
- Relevant technical training or certification in HVAC systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations
