Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician for an on-site role based in the Pune division. The technician will perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on HVAC systems such as AC units, VRF systems, and chillers. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, ensuring optimal system performance, and delivering excellent customer service to resolve client concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems such as AC units, VRF, and chiller systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
- Commitment to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction through professional service and communication
- Familiarity with EPA regulations for handling HVAC-related equipment
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
- Diploma or certification in HVAC systems or a related technical field is preferred, along with fieldwork experience
