Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal functionality. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventive maintenance, addressing and resolving system issues, ensuring adherence to EPA standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues
- Skills in maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems
- Knowledge of EPA regulations with appropriate certification
- Dedication to providing excellent customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in on-site environments
- Technical certification or training in HVAC systems is a plus
