Job details:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Design Engineer for one of our esteemed clients with strong BIM expertise. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC design and coordination using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed HVAC designs and layouts using Revit MEP (mandatory) and AutoCAD
- Prepare and coordinate HVAC drawings, schematics, and 3D BIM models as per project standards
- Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and airflow analysis
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical teams for seamless project delivery
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, HVAC standards, and BIM workflows
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Navisworks will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, ventilation, and air distribution principles
- Familiarity with international HVAC codes and standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Preferred Background:
- Experience working on BIM-based projects
- Understanding of BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
