- Quality Systems Mastery — Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, QSM/QCM development, and compliance standards. This is the technical foundation everything else builds on.
- Data-Driven Decision Making — Ability to interpret KPIs, audit findings, and performance metrics to identify gaps and drive measurable improvement.
- Instructional Design & Training Delivery — Knows how adults learn, not just what they need to know. Can build scalable programs and deliver them effectively to a technical workforce.
- Coaching & Talent Development — Goes beyond training to actively mentor and elevate the people around them. A force multiplier for your technician teams.
- Process Improvement Mindset — Thinks in systems. Whether Six Sigma, Lean, or an equivalent. Approaching problems methodically and build sustainable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Influence — Earns trust and drives alignment across operations, safety, and leadership without always having direct authority. Critical for a role that touches the entire SBU.
- Root Cause & Gap Analysis — The differentiator for this combo role. Can trace a quality failure back to its origin, connect it to a training gap, build the fix, and measure the result.
