Overview
The Account Manager shall be responsible for the growth and development of their portfolio of practices by working with existing accounts and by selling CQ Partners services throughout the assigned territory within the region to new, prospective accounts. The incumbent will work with all practices’ leadership to provide CQ Partners services, which are designed to drive growth of hearing aid sales, within each practice and by demonstrating the value of those services sales to each practice. The incumbent will ultimately be responsible for successfully coordinating and completing all portfolio duties (“All the Right Things”) and providing quality internal and external customer service to colleagues and clients by maintaining relationships, managing expectations, and communicating clearly, promptly, and professionally.
The Account Manager shall deliver personal sales and value pro forma thru CQ Partners services that will drive organizational development and revenue growth to our customers which will result in both improved performance and profitability for each practice as well as increased revenue to CQ Partners within the assigned territory through hearing aid sales, new customer acquisition, customer retention, and increase of same-store growth and market share.
Responsibilities- Recruit new customers into the territory portfolio via daily telephone pitches and site visits to either fill vacant geographic areas or replace underperforming customers
- Expand portfolio “reach” and deeper penetrations with daily calls to customers to pitch EDP class participation
- Design, sell, and implement strategies and tactics that drive business process change that result in per store unit sales increases
- Develop and execute an Annual Strategic Action Plan needed to drive required results for each Associate
- Work with CQ Partners HR & Recruiting Services to actively manage recruiting, hiring, training and if necessary, termination of employees within the customers’ businesses
- Integrate and leverage vendor partner relationships
- Drive utilization and compliance with CQ Partners’s proprietary business management system, Navigator
- Finalize MBA pre-work:
- Collect financial information for P&L Analysis and complete spreadsheet
- Collect outstanding information for BAI
- Develop an Upgrade Program target list and deliver a minimum of 1 program per month
- Achieve established Reach and Frequency Contact R2s for portfolio of customers
- Spend 2-3 days per week in the field conducting full day Company Meetings and EDP classes for CQ Partners customers in the portfolio
- Utilize, publish and present agendas in advance of all site visits (5 weeks in advance) and complete a summary of each visit within one week of the visit
- Assist customers in developing and implementing Marketing Plans
- Capture competitive unit market share with the goal of increasing CQ Partners Share of Wallet to at least 90% within each customer practice
- Develop and execute a quarterly business development/recruiting plan to drive required results
- Utilize CQ Partners financial tools for account growth and profit gain
- Facilitate monthly Owner Group calls
- Identify and deliver convention targets and meet Required Results on attendance
- Be accountable to Regional Manager for reporting on current initiatives and results
- Manage Corporate initiatives
- Maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA federal guidelines and CQ Partners policies and procedures
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Audiology Degree or state-certified Dispensing License preferred
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional sales experience
- Sales experience from a service industry within the medical or practice management field
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Managing in a multi-office environment
- Documented history of delivering increased revenue and efficiency

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $85000 to $100000 per year; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
